MFC currently offers 3 shipping options including Will Call, Delivery and Delivery/Installation.
Will Call
Will Call leaves all shipping, pick up or delivery up to the customer. By selecting the Will Call option in checkout, you are responsible for arranging the shipping or delivery from the shipping dock of the supplier. Look under Shipping Options on each product page and you will see the point of origin for the item you are purchasing. For new or refurbished office furniture, we will provide you with the contact information to arrange shipping or pick up. For used office furniture, we will contact you to arrange shipping or pick up from one of our storage locations. Note – these items may be RTA (Ready to Assemble) or KD (Knocked Down), which will require you to assemble the furniture. All items that are RTA or KD will be designated in the specifications and shipping options area of each product page.
Delivery and Set-Up / Installation
Large, fragile or heavier items requiring special handling will deliver via a national furniture delivery service. The delivery service will call before the delivery to arrange a day and approximate time of delivery. Two people will deliver the product to your room of choice. A signature will be required. The date range indicated on your order confirmation will allow up to 3 weeks for transit time from date of shipment.
Items requiring assembly and installation are typically noted as RTA (Ready to Assemble) or KD (Knocked Down) will be assembled and installed by a professional service that also delivers the furniture to your site. Someone will call you work out the logistics and timing of the delivery.
Pricing of this service depends on time of day, so make sure to correctly indicate in the checkout area, delivery during business hours or nights / weekends. Also, this service is currently unavailable to order online for locations outside of major metropolitan areas. If you need this service and don’t see it offered, please contact MFC and we may be able to arrange delivery and installation through one of our partners in our nationwide network.
Returns and Damage
MFC stands behind every product we sell. If for any reason you need to return your order, contact our customer care department within two weeks of receipt. All returned products must be in new condition and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns without required authorization. Unauthorized returns will be non-refundable. Depending on circumstances, outbound and return freight charges, as well as a restocking charge, may apply.
In the event damage is apparent at delivery, it is imperative you contact MFC customer service immediately. We are experts at resolving damage situations provided we are notified on a timely basis. Proper notation of damage ( “carton crushedâ€,†box tornâ€, etc. will suffice) on the delivery receipt will ensure our ability to fully refund or replace your purchase. Carrier regulations require notification within 15 days of receipt of the merchandise.
Order Cancellations and Changes
If you find the need to cancel an order or change an item, color, size, ship to address, etc. please contact MFC customer service. We will be glad to accommodate your request providing the order has not shipped.
